Working closely with a Fortune 100 client, the goal was to develop a strategic marketing plan for a yet to be released
national service product with the goal to increase sales and brand image. Lack of senior marketing skills, short execution
schedule and limited budget drove the need for talent outside of the company. Working with Metric Marketing Group, the
client was able to quickly define the project. MMG then worked closely with various client product groups to discover the
internal status of the program, detail and analyze the service features and price points and offer competitive market analysis.
From this a recommendation to target vertical market segments was also developed. MMG was able to deliver the client a
timely, cost effective strategic marketing plan with measurable results.
